Financial support for deserving students

This project provides financial assistance to students who are unable to pursue higher education due to lack of funds. Every year, around 300 students receive a scholarship of Rs. 5,000 each. The beneficiaries mainly come from low-income families such as farmers, laborers, and fishermen. The Foundation believes that no deserving and talented student should miss higher education because of financial difficulty. Since 2012–13, more than 3,400 students from over 160 colleges in the district have benefited from this scheme. Scholarships worth more than Rs. 1 crore have been distributed so far.

Mobile Medical Clinic

In Joida taluk, although there are five Primary Health Centres, there has been a shortage of doctors. No private doctors were willing to stay and serve in the area. As a result, healthcare was largely neglected.

To address this issue, the Foundation started a mobile medical service on 1st May 2012. It works in partnership with Sanjivani Seva Trust, Joida. The mobile clinic includes a doctor and a nurse appointed by the Foundation. They conduct regular health check-ups and refer patients to specialists when needed. Services include blood pressure checks, sugar tests, ECG, and treatment for common illnesses. The ambulance follows a fixed schedule to cover all villages in the taluk. Medicines are provided free of cost. Food supplements and protein kits are also distributed to women and children.

Direct Support & Education

The Foundation provides financial assistance for medical treatments to individuals with disabilities and chronic diseases. In the education sector, we distribute school supplies to rural students and offer scholarships to meritorious individuals seeking higher education.

Special Needs Care

We actively support the Dayanilaya School and Vocational Training Centre in Kumta. Our grants ensure that children with autism, cerebral palsy, and other disabilities receive nourishing meals, transport, and specialised training to aid their rehabilitation and social integration.
